Note: I currently do not accept insurance. I am sometimes found on provider lists that are given by insurance companies, as I accept insurance at UC Davis. However, this does not extend to my practice outside of the hospital. I am happy to provide you with a superbill that you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
